Welcome to VegyVegy. My name is Chef Suzan. I created this platform with a simple mission: to inspire you to look at a humble vegetable and see a masterpiece. I hope the recipes here encourage you to try cooking a new ingredient, or to prepare a familiar favorite in a completely new way.
You’ll find a host of inventive vegetarian recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but I also want VegyVegy to be a resource for you. We offer guides to working with spices, tips for keeping produce fresh, and techniques to make plant-based meals taste indulgent.
And after all those greens? I always save room for dessert. In my opinion, healthy eating is all about balance.

Do I have to be vegetarian?
Absolutely not. My meat-eating family members are my toughest critics. Everything here is 100% omnivore-approved. Good food is good food, regardless of labels.
